JD: Good knowledge in Java and Java script required
Recent commercial experience operating in a technical (software) support role
Excellent customer facing skills and strong problem solving abilities
Practical background in web/mobile development
Genuine interest in technology/programming and willingness to learn new skills
Exposure to ticket/issue management systems such as JIRA beneficial
Exposure to source code management systems such as Bitbucket beneficial
